Back from AYT's 21st Birthday Party and I thought it will be good to write something here.

Was so busy during September that I didn't had the time to make appt for my monthly facial. My skin was uber irritated and I got really panicky. Quickly called to make an appt with Aunt Daisy for facial! 

I actually started my facial treatments with mumsy at Beaute Spring @ Bugis when my face got REALLY pathetic when I started working in MDC. The frequent visits out of office to source for location, being under the sun for almost the entire day, as well as staying in a poor ventilated office space has really taken a toll on my skin. (BUT I still enjoyed my stay there!) My acne problem got worst and it was the worst period of my life. Luckily A didn't leave me. HAHAHAHAAHHAHA.

  So mumsy brought me to her usual facial hangout to try and fix the problem. But I didn't really like their treatments and the attitudes of the beauticians. My face was always damn red after each session and I got really faddup hiding my bare face from the public's eyes. Anyway, the location was too far away from home, so after finishing my 10 times package, I stopped going. ok, I still have one session left, but I'm just too plain lazy to travel 2 hours back and fro to bugis. 

The condition of my skin gradually got better (partially because I left the job) and I didn't want the same nightmare to happen again, so I went online to research on home-based facial places. The one good thing I was looking for was affordable, and of course, near location. 

Went online and searched on every forum I could find and found a few that were nearby, one in Bukit Batok, another in Jurong, and then I chanced upon Aunt Daisy's website. She is located at Yewtee, and her place is super near to Yewtee Mrt (another plus point). Will share the address and contact details with you later!

Have been to her place a couple of times and I would say that she is above average. Her room was as cosy, nicely decorated with warm earthly colours to soothe your mood. and She would always change the radio frequency to 987fm whenever I'm there (I have no idea why?) and best: NO HARD SELL. 

Like any other beauty salons, her steps were precise and sleek. She did everything I went through with a professional shop based beauty salon. 

Products that she uses

Steps of my Facial Session

1. Removal of Makeup

2. Cleanse, Exfoliate

3. Steam to open the pores

4. Extracting of Blemishes (Acne, White/BlackHeads)

5. Some kind of machine that (if i'm not wrong) lessens the pain and redness + exfoliate

6. Massaging of face

7. Mask time! (She will leave me there to rest and I normally zonked out that this step) 

8. Massaging my head

9. Apply Toner and Moisturiser

TADA! There you have it! It's usually a 2 to 2andhalf hour of session and she is always so meticulous with whatever step she does. I usually do not see any redness after each session (except this time round, I think I had too much dirt because I didn't visit her for 2 months). She charges SGD$35 for Students (of all ages) and SGD$40 for Working Adults. 

Aunt Daisy is such a nice person, she talks to you, examines my skin condition, and cater the facial session to your needs (She always apply tea tree products for me). She will check if I had my contacts on, whether the pain was bearable, etc. 

Was too laid back to take any photos of "in the process". It will be blurred and unglam, so might as well don't take right? LOL. 

Nice, Cheap, Awesome and Good Location. It's a few stops away from NTU, 2 stops away from my place, 1 MRT + a few LRT stops away from A's place.
