THE ONCE IN FOUR YEARS - THE LEAP YEARS
didn't really take notice of this teeny weeny date last time.
a date that only appear every four years.
hmmm...
how can this happen??
unbelieve to me...
just imagine.
someone's birthday is only held once in four years.
so pitiful.

anyway,
i'm thinking finding the reason behind the leap years.
tell you if i know the answer.
chionging my theory homework now..
exams in 15 days time.
